These terms apply to the games, apps and website published by K3 Games Studio, the games label of Yellowkode Studios e Solucoes Digitais LTDA (CNPJ 57.564.582/0001-56, Sao Paulo, Brazil). By playing our games or using this website you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we handle.

1. Our games

You may play our games for personal, non-commercial use. The games, their art, music, text and code belong to K3 Games Studio or are used under license. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute them, and do not try to cheat, reverse engineer or disrupt the games, the rankings or our servers.

2. Purchases

Purchases inside our Android apps are sold and processed by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service. Refunds and subscription cancellations follow Google Play's policies and are managed in the Google Play app. Items you buy are licenses to use content inside the game and have no cash value.

3. Ads

Some games show ads from Google AdMob, as described in the Privacy Policy. The "Remove ads" purchase turns off ads that show up on their own; optional reward videos stay available if you choose to watch them.

4. Rankings and nicknames

Where a game has a ranking, the nickname you choose is shown publicly. Do not use offensive names or names that impersonate others. We may remove nicknames or scores that break these terms or that we believe were obtained by cheating.

5. YouTube

We publish videos of our games on our YouTube channel, "K3 Games Studio", including through YouTube API Services. By using YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: youtube.com/t/terms. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep our games running and fair, but they are provided "as is". Features, events, rankings and content may change or end over time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our games. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

7. Changes and law

If these terms change, the new version will be published at this address with an updated date. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
